Great place! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful! All the facilities are top notch, and Coach Ruas is an outstanding coach and individual. He worked us hard, and expected my best effort. I definitely plan on continuing my training there! 10/10 would recommend.

Joining Coach Alex Silva Ruas academy has been one of the best decision in my life and it all started by me parking my blue bicycle in front of their academy. The moment I walked I felt I was part of a bigger family. Coach Ruas, along with his coaching staff, are well knowledgeable in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it is their passion and they sure that each student enjoys their time there and are actually learning movement that could one day save their lives or their love ones, if that type of situation were to transpire. He is very passionate about Jiu Jitsu and also compassionate to his students, making sure that they are taken care of whether if it more time on the mat or to have someone to talk to when they need someone to talk to. Coach Ruas and his coaching staff have been there for me when I needed them and that is what family do for one another. Great time, great people, and great Jiu Jitsu, ASR for life!

My husband and I have been with the ASR family for over a month now and we couldn't be happier. It really is a great group of people you get to train and grow with. They work with everyone from beginners to experienced. I was a beginner and my husband came in with some experience. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. You will sweat a lot but you will also feel so accomplished after every training session.

Edith Schmidt Art

This is a fantastic place. Staff is knowledgable and easy to work with. You feel apart of a family when joining. The mats are washed down after every class. If your interested in working within a class setting or getting a personal trainer this place would be a great fit. I can say that not only is physical fitness worked in, but mental well being and focus is a benefit as well.
